Because all our photo magnets are custom-made to your specifications using your uploaded images, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.


When can I request a return or refund?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photos of the damage or issue to help us resolve it quickly.


How does the return process work?

  • Once your claim is approved, you will be instructed on how to send the item back to us.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please send the item back in its original packaging if possible to avoid further damage.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.


What is not refundable?

  • Custom photo magnets that are made correctly according to your uploaded images and specifications.

  • Orders returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day claim period.

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or accidents after delivery.

  • Please ensure your photos are high quality and accurate, as we print exactly what you provide.

  • We are not responsible for color differences due to screen calibration or lighting.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
