Because all our photo magnets are custom-made to your specifications using your uploaded images, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
When can I request a return or refund?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photos of the damage or issue to help us resolve it quickly.
How does the return process work?

Once your claim is approved, you will be instructed on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please send the item back in its original packaging if possible to avoid further damage.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
What is not refundable?

Custom photo magnets that are made correctly according to your uploaded images and specifications.

Orders returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day claim period.

Damage caused by customer misuse or accidents after delivery.
